Step 1: Schedule a meeting to discuss the type of rental property you need.

Step 2: Review available properties and select the one you would like to tour.

Step 3: Visit each property and apply for the one you are interested in renting.

Step 4: Your application is reviewed and if selected, the tenant screening process will begin.

All tenants will receive access to a tenant portal where they can easily pay rent, submit maintenance requests and more.
