Our process is fast and easy. Best of all, you work directly with the owners of 3C Property Management. 

Step 1: Call us to discuss the type of rental you need.

Step 2: Review available properties and select the one you would like to tour.

Step 3: Visit the property and apply. 

Step 4: Your application is reviewed and if selected, the tenant screening process will begin.

All tenants will receive access to a tenant portal where they can easily pay rent, submit maintenance requests and more.
